What a rude Doctor. If you want an anti social, judgmental Doctor this is the place to go. Inconsistent medical advice that changes from visit to visit as well as a phone solicitor attitude of lets call are patients and try to scare them into coming in more than they need to in order to make more money,

Dr. Patchen is great. My husband and my mom now go to him. The staff is friendly and I can get in anytime, The longest I ever had to wait is maybe 10 minutes. He is also is great about following up. It's a small cozy office and he is very easy to talk to and they all have a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend him.

Most memorable was the friendliness of the staff. I didn't like the treatment program which was basically a 3 min. vibration massage. I would tell a friend to go to a doctor a friend recommends, or go to this greedy doctor if you want him to clean you out of your settlement. I would definitely choose a different doctor next time.

Complete waste of time. I was a new patient. He didn't even exam me for anything. He farmed me out to 3 different doctors. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

From the intial phone call I made to make my first appointment to every visit I have had, I have been extremely impressed with Dr. Patchen and the entire office staff. They are very professional, yet warm and friendly. The office is clean and smells great. Always prompt and Dr. Patchen is very through in his exams. He makes me feel as if I am his only patient with the level of care I receive from him and his therepist. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends as "top notch". They never make me feel rushed or like my time is not valuable. Always smiling no matter if I have an early moring appointment or a late afternoon appointment after a busy day for them. I am still treated with the utter most respect and care. I hate I had to be involved in a car accident to met him but I am so glad that I have. I will continue to be a patient of his even after I have completed my therepy.
