exceptional service and care

Dr. Reed seemed competent and did address my concerns. However, his office staff misunderstood my insurance plan and repeatedly overcharged me. When I tried to resolve the issue and tried to provide the office manager with information from my insurance provider, she became very defensive and suggested that I find a new doctor. I took her advice and found a new doctor. And now, I no longer have to deal with the financial inconvenience, the incompetence, or the unprofessional behavior of the office staff.

Compassionate, professional, effective, knowledgeable. I am a retired Firefighter/Paramedic, and Dr Reed is GREAT!

Very disorganized office. Staff rude at times. Don't care about patients

Dr Reed is a nice man, but he doesn't know enough as a primary care physician to do his job competently. He does refer you out to a specialist if the condition is beyond him, but the problem is that the specialists only cover what is in their specific area so if the problem is really in dr Reid's realm he doesn't diagnose it properly and get you the right treatment in a timely manner and the specialists don't help you because they don't do primary care work.. It's no fun being sick and without proper care. He's too protective of himself instead of stepping up and solving problems for patients that are entrusting him with their lives. He needs to be more engaged instead of passing the buck.

Dr. Reed's been my physician for about 4 years now. He's always been very professional, and when I've come in for specific issues, he's either diagnosed and treated me right then (for common illnesses) or sent me out for diagnostic tests and specialist visits. I've never felt he ignored me or belittled my problems, and the times he has given me the opinion that "it's no big deal," he's still offered me a referral just to be safe.

I had an inflamed abdominal organ that needed immediate surgery. This idiot told me to "ignore the pain"! That I was "perfectly healthy" and tried to give me antidepressants. All because he didn't want to dig into my real problem. I suffered a lot becasue he is not on the ball. I thought that being a doctor meant he was responsible and knowledgeable and caring and quick. He is none of these things! He just wants to give you a pill and send you on your way with an appointment to follow up in 2 - 4 weeks. Well, when you have a real health problem, you NEED a GOOD DOCTOR. STAY AWAY!

This doctor was a pleasure to spend time with. Its an actual office and not a clinic. He is very informed and caring. Highly recommend this doctor.

I am a former patient of Dr Reed. I went to him after I got too old for a pediatrician and because my Mother and Stepfather were patients. He was very nearby our home. Looking back he wasn't a very competent doctor in my opinion. Although I went to my monthly weekly yearly appointments full of tests, injections x rays etc, he never diagnosed problems that should have been obvious such as my scoliosis.When I had other problems such as headaches he said he doesn't know why and never gave me a reccomendation to any specialist such as a nuerologist who could send me for MRI or CT Scan.Im 36 today and just months ago learned I have a very large cyst in my brain, hydrocephalus as well as a small menengioma. The menengioma may not have been there but I was likely born with the hydrocephalus which may have developed the cyst, which may be why I have headaches. I once went for an ear cleaning because of hearing problems and wax buildup, and when he did it for me, he put very high pressure into… my ear canal after the lower pressure wasnt working. It was very painful and I told him so, that I wanted to quit. He insisted we must continue because it was the only way to get the wax out, but I could take a short break to recover. I was only a teenager and let him continue because I didnt know any better. He got the wax out but I believe he did me permanent damage as certain sounds became too loud and painful above a certain db level in my left ear. The ear he caused much pain in. I now know know it can take days to loosen ear wax, using certain oils. Overall I am very disappointed with this doctor. I feel he did a poor job watching out for my health, even though I was just a young kid when I would see him. I'd guess he's probably the same with most if not all of his other patients. I do not reccomend.

Unfortunately, this doctor likes to take grave risks with his patient's health. He misdiagnosed me then misdirected me on a wild goose chase! What a fool! Never waste one second on this "doctor".
