I don't know this Doctor and have never seen him, however, I found out his office billed my insurance for lab work that I have never had. Had to google this doctor after seeing the claim. Found this dr works for Northwestern and found out this has happened to other people. I notified my insurance for fraud. For a reputable healthcare provider like Northwestern, this shouldn't keep happening.

I’ve never heard of, or seen this doctor. Yet his office filed a claim with my insurance.
