Reading the last 2019 comment I'm sure it was you that was the rude person in this and not his staff who have done nothing but gone out of their way to help support me in finding funding for my expensive medication, along with copay cards. I've found all of them over the years helpful ,not to mention a great doctor to help diagnose me after I've gone to other who could not find out my problem.

Micky the receptionist is NOT a people person. She has a very nasty attitude which make a good doctors office look bad.

As a patient of Dr. Rihacek’s for many years, I am extremely satisfied with his expert and caring treatment! Not only is he highly knowledgeable in his field, but he is also dedicated, reliable and empathetic! He is always ready to listen, to explain, and to offer assistance. In addition, his staff is highly efficient, courteous and compassionate as well. Because of this doctor and his staff, I am able to continue to enjoy as normal a life as possible and still be a productive member of society!

After years of tests and uncertainties, Dr. Rihacek finally helped me understand what was wrong and helped me manage. He’s a godsend

I am very grateful to have a physician that listens to my needs and health issues. He has found things that others have not. I am allergic to many medications and he has always been there when I was having a flare or health issues. He was even at my beside when I had a reaction to medication. As for his staff, they do run a tight ship. I appreciate them for it. Yes I get drug tested, yes I have to stay with a certain pharmacy and if I change and don’t tell them I break a contract it’s up to them to make sure they enforce the rules. Yes biological medicine does take a while to be approved but that’s due to the pharmacy regulations not the doctors office and some patients don’t see that. I have seen patients get out of control and his staff handle them with kid gloves and politeness. Office manager is a wonderful caring individual and once you understand she’s running a business you have respect for her and her job. I wish all doctors staff were as dedicated and devoted as his.

Dr. Rihacek is the most caring and thorough doctor I know. He treats you to cure you not to cover up the symptoms. Professional and personable.

Dr Rihacek has done a great job treating my psoriatic arthritis and relieving my pain.I highley recommend him. His staff is great they go out of their way to help me with my treatments and answer all my questions.

THE office sent a letter to my wife that they were not seeing her any more. but i was seeing him for AS which i need a injection of Enbrel every week to walk. I am in constant pain. I call ed the specialty pharm for a refill . The script had ran out. The pharm call ed the doctors office and they refused the script knowing i need the medicine and that i am crippled. I called the office and they saids they would not give me a appointment or refill my script. This leaving me in pain and un able to walk. You do not let a person go a year and not tell them you cannot see them or fill a a quality of life medicine. The office staff is horrible and polices are not visable. no doctor should leave a patient crippled.

All of the neg reviews show me that the doctor has instructed his staff to do as he says, and to handle the calls. I've been going for a long time, and I to have to wait like everyone else for an appt, and he doesn't like phone visits. So why do ppl have to write what they do. Its a business, and can only see a certain amount per day, cut them all some slack, hes a good doctor, and staff has helped me so often.

It doesn't matter how good the doctor is if you can't reach him. I was having a flare up & asked to speak to the doctor. I was told he doesn't diagnose over the phone. & I couldn't get an appointment for several weeks. I wrote a personal letter outlining how rude the staff had been over the years I'd been his patient & this was the final straw. I know 2 other patients who were unhappy & left
