Dr. Gregory Joseph Robke, MD

Hillary his NP is amazing but be aware you will be billed for everything. Need to pick up a prescription in office (literally had it passed through the glass window by the front desk staff) or ask the Dr. a question on the phone? You will have to pay a copay and they don't let you know ahead of time. And don't you dare confront the front desk about it because you will be told to and I quote "cut the s**t."

I have been seeing Dr. Robke and his nurse practitioners for several years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience. It's hard to believe any of the bad reviews against the office- I'm sure there is more to the story with those... But I have never had a problem getting same day or even WEEKEND appt!! All staff is very friendly and warming. I can't say enough good things about this office!

absolutely terrible experience. Rude staff on the phone and they have messed up everything thus far. They ordered and MRI on the wrong knee, which I had to wait so it went thru insurance again before scheduling. Sent me to an imaging center in Weymouth instead of the one in their own building, so I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way, didn’t refill my prescription after I left a message on their prescription line. I called and they said it should have went thru... it didn’t when I showed up for the second time at cvs. Finally filled the wrong prescription which I picked up today and am just going to deal with until I find another doctor. The staff has been extremely rude and quick to point the finger at everyone else. I can’t get away from this practice quick enough

I had been misdiagnosed many times for the past 4 years. I first went to see Dr. Robke with little hope. He went above and beyond and asked questions that I had never been asked by other doctors. He was able to give me an answer within the same day. His nurses were so kind and friendly. They made me feel so welcome and at ease. I would give him and his nurses 100 stars if I could!!! :)

I completely agree with others who say Robke is fine, Laura is top notch, but the front line staff, giggly bunch of young ladies, are extremely rude. One threw a pen, slammed things around and yelled at me when I asked to make an appointment with specialist for my elderly mother. Sorry.. I don't need the attitude and unprofessional behavior, especially when my mom struggles to walk into the building up the long and winding entry way. When I asked why this blonde young lady was so angry with me she responded " you are very frustrating. It's hard to make appointments and we don't appreciate you asking for them. " I was dumbfounded as she slammed her glass window in my face. Then the cherry on top, drove my poor elderly mother to the appointment she supposedly went out of her way to make and.... she never made the bogus appointment. We traveled 25 miles at 8 am for nothing. This is not only unprofessional, it is inhumane. DON'T GO to Robke because you'll deal with his front staff more… then him or Laura NP.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robke for many years. I never had any significant problems. Recently I had an issue with his rude staff. When I asked to briefly speak with him he put his head in the sand and refused to listen. I feel that your relationship with your doctor, including his staff, should be caring and supportive rather than dismissive and rude. As a patient we need compassion, concern and expertise. Communication should always be maximized. We live in a very crazy time. The last thing we need is a doctor who can't take 5 minutes of his "precious" time, to give the respect and dignity we deserve. Maybe he should retire, rather than betraying the needs of his patients.

The office staff is very rude and will drive away patients. They do not have people skills. The doctor needs to do something about the people answering the phone. We feel like we are bothering them. Once you get pass them things are fine!.

I have been seeing Dr Robke for over ten years I drive over 45 minutes to this office because of the service that is provided. Dr Robke isnt like your regular Dr he generally takes the time to listen to you and he is never in a rush. Most of the time if you call the office his nurse assistant Sarah or himself will will get back to you promptly manner. If you are looking for a dr that generally cares Dr Robke is your man.

Dr Robke,his staff and NP Laura are all amazing! You can get in for an appointment same day and hear about test results usually same day! I highly recommend this office
