Dr. Gregory Paul Rowbatham, MD

I was very nervous going in for a consultation, the staff made me feel very welcomed and eased my nervousness. The Dr took and his time and explained the reasoning of my being there. He was very kind, as well as his nurse and office staff. The office was very clean, and I will be following up with him in the future.

Everything is great with Dr. Rowbatham and most of his staff. My only complaint would be the way I was treated by certain members of his staff when I merely asked what I needed to do to get my records transferred to my NEW primary care doctor in case I have episodes in the future with my polycystic kidney disease. (I have hundreds of cysts expanding my kidneys. Largest is almost the size of a baseball.) Sometimes there is pain which is associated with my disease and tylenol won't kick it. When I called asking about having records transferred so that the new doctor would have it on record in case I need something for the pain in the future, Her statement, "Well if you are in that much pain, you need to go to the ER." I said, "I'm not asking you for pain medicine. I know he does not prescribe that, I am asking you what I need to do to have my records transferred to my new doctor so he has record of my condition in case there are episodes in the future?" She ultimately made me feel like a… junky who was looking for a fix and I did NOT appreciate it. She can check my pharmacy history and see that these are not something that I have all the time. It totally frustrated me, hurt my feelings, and made me feel very belittled.
