Dr. Gregory Paul Samano II, DO

This office, and Dr. Samano, should be ashamed of how they run their practice. They allowed a patient to have a consultation with an aesthetician, go through a treatment test patch, schedule a full treatment and go over the treatment plan without ever meeting, or having any consultation with Dr. Samano at all. Then, they allowed the patient to come in for the treatment, be fully numbed and sit in the treatment room for an hour, before informing the patient, just as their treatment was about to begin, that Dr. Samano would not sign-off on this. Where was Dr. Samano during all of the many steps that led to that point? Isn't that what a "consultation" is supposed to be for? Then Dr. Samano refuses to even speak with the patient regarding his decision to not sign off? Very poor practice, and I would caution anyone against visiting this office, as I'm sure this is indicative of additional poor practices.

His older reviews were often correct, but he is now under a new program (MDVIP) and has by choice fewer patients (better to see you right away), great office staff (very friendly), and takes great interest in his patients!

Trusted his recommendation - big mistake. Expensive with NO results. Totally worthless; same as tossing money out a window.

My first visit to Dr. Samano's office was for treatment of brown spots. His very observant employee, Brie expressed a concern as to possible melanoma on one spot and asked if it would be okay for Dr. Samano to look at it. I said of course but I am not scheduled to see him. She said no worries I will be right back. Within a minute he came in with her and introduced himself. He was so friendly and caring! You would never know he had been interrupted to see an unscheduled patient. He asked a few questions and said " You are fine, if it was melanoma well"... and I finished with " we would not be here having this conversation?" and he said "yes, you are correct". I was so impressed with Dr. Samano I scheduled a second visit for vein treatments. When I scheduled I thought it was purely cosmetic. He advised my problem was much more than cosmetic and ordered a ultrasound which confirmed his diagnosis of a genetic disorder. I am currently in treatment and once again Dr. Samano has discovered a… potential medical problem and referred me to my regular gynecologist. He assured me I am not to be alarmed however since he detected a possible issue he encouraged me to be seen to make sure all is ok. He has the ability to make you feel like you are his only patient. He and his staff never rush you or makes you feel they do not have time to take care of you. The only disappointment is the amount of time I have had to wait to be seen since I am already driving 45 minutes to get to the office. BUT it is well worth the wait. I have total confidence in the care received by Dr. Samano II and am certain Dr. Samano Senior must be extremely proud of his son. Thank you and your staff for being so awesome. I've been a long time patient of both Dr. Samano Sr., and Dr. Samano II. They are both top notch physicians that truly care about their patients. They invest in their practice, state of the art; they take time with their patients, so sometimes they may run a little late. That's okay, because I know I'll have that same quality of service my turn; Staff are professional; Insurance clerk caused me a bit of a delay recently, I know that isn't the norm, its the exception. Overall, I'd go to them even if my insurance wasn't accepted. Well worth it!
