Dr. Gregory Wade Seaman, MD

I donâ??t usually write reviews but am compelled to do so in response to a review left on Feb 12th by a person who wasnâ??t willing to leave their name. First of all have you ever met Dr. Seaman? I canâ??t imagine how anyone who ever met him could call him a Quack. This is quite simply the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever met. I struggled with weight issues for 10+ years and it was his HCG program that finally gave me the upper hand. No, it isnâ??t magic, and it isnâ??t easy but it DOES work. Dr. Seaman explained the whole thing in detail, did not push me at all to do it but when I decided to, he could not have been more supportive. He makes himself (not a nurse or assistant) available by phone, email and even text message at all hours. He really wants to see you do well. Perhaps youâ??re the type of person who thinks a visit to the doctor should consist of waiting in the waiting room for an hour, seeing the doctor for 5 minutes and walking out with 3… prescriptions. If that is the case then you are correct, Dr. Seaman is not the doctor for you. But be careful whom you call a quack; this Dr. is helping lots of people (2 of my personal friends included) that no other doctor has been able to.

Hcg works period. Isn't dr oz a heart dr? So why can't an anesthesiologist have a change of heart and want to prevent people from the horrible surgeries that he had to see day after day. This really bothers me as I have referred 7 people to Dr Greg and he has helped them in a way no other Doctor could have. So before you write a stupid review that will cause people not to use someone who can actually help them do your homework.

Detail minded doctor having my best interest at heart.

Nice guy with great bed side manners. Really had me excited about solving my medical issues - on the first appointment. I even paid for blood test he ordered. Then he cancelled 2nd & 3rd appointments. I drive over an hour. First appointment he asked me to reschedule took 2 months because he was so booked. Then another 2 months when he decided not to show up for any of his appointments. That is not fair or ethical to have a patient pay for blood test, drive over an hour, then cancel. Left me frustrated & and upset that I still do not have a reliable doctor that knows how to treat hormones & thyroid issues & no one to read my blood tests.

Dr. Seaman who has recently started thriveMD in Schaumburg, Il, has been the best doctor i have ever seen. He covers so many different areas, including opiate detox, hormone replacement, vitamin iv's and so much more. He really takes his time with you on every visit and makes you feel extremely comfortable. He doesnt just go by numbers and ranges. He really listens to how the patient feels and works with you until you get results. I have seen 5 doctors in the last 6 months and none who were as caring and dedicated as him. He is very nice and his bedside manner is amazingly comforting. He stays in constant contact with you and is genuinely concerned about your well being. I will continue to keep seeing him and would recommend him to anyone.
