I lost a lot of weight and wanted to treat myself to a tummy tuck. I spent numerous months researching surgeons in and out of SC and found and contacted the office of Dr. Gregory Sexton. It was the best decision I ever made. I had consultations with many surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Sexton, and they all stated that I would require a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck and extensive lipsosuction. The estimated costs given to me were well over 10K. I almost gave up on my desire to have surgery. Dr.Sexton disagreed with the opinions I had been given. He stated that I would only require a standard tummy tuck without liposuction. He showed me photos of previous surgeries performed, answered all of my questions and provided a quote I could not believe. His honesty and professionalism made my decision easy. He could have suggested unnecessary procedures like all the other surgeons had but he did not. I booked my surgery date immediately. My results are amazing and Dr. Sexton and his… staff are the very best in Columbia, SC.

Had severe infection after implant and had to have implant replaced year later

Dr. Sexton did my breast augmentation in 2011. I went from an A to a D. I told Dr. Sexton I did NOT want to look like I had implants, I wanted a VERY NATURAL look, I wanted them to sag like natural breasts, feel natural, etc. I had very high expectations, and I was not going to settle for anything other than exactly what I wanted. He delivered. He did a WONDERFUL JOB. I am 100% satisfied. Healed up quickly. He isn't too talkative but this guy knows what he's doing. You tell him what you want & that's what he'll give you. Dr. Sexton is a wonderful Doctor, he is very professional and made me feel comfortable each time i visited the office. I plan on future surgery, and will not consider any other doctor.
