Dr. Gregory Scott Slagle, MD

Dr Slagle is good at what he does and goes out of his way to explain procedures. Before treatment I was barely active and now I am physically able to do what I want within reason. His staff are kind and compassionate and help in any way they can.

Dr. Slagle and his staff are the best. Dr. Slagle help me be pain free . I was in a car accident in 1993 my back was broken at T7 and I have suffered from chronic pain ever since. I was on pain pills for a very long time and really didn't help that much and then I was sent to him and he told me I would be a very good candidate for a pain pump. Man all I can say is I wish I would have had it put in years ago. I am pain free and feel better now than I have felt in many years. I don't have to take pills every day and all the time now. If you are in pain and need help please go see Dr. Slagle. Now I will tell you this He's a no B.S doctor he will tell you like it is and I like that in a doctor. If you are honest with him he will be honest with you no beating around the bush. And for all the people that are looking for a doctor to just get PAIN MEDICATION just to get high on forget it he will not be the doctor for that . Thanks Dr. Sagal for everything and helping me live again.

I had an appointment for a shoulder injection this AM. I showed up & Dr Slagle cancelled my appointment. No one called me & told me I was cancelled, if you did that to him he would be charging you for not giving him a 24 hr. notice. I guess my time is not as important as his.

I have know Dr Slagle for all the time he has been in Hot Springs. As a nurse I got to see him with patients and he gives each patient all the attention they require. My son is special needs and he is great with him. I will be a patients as well. All the staff are friendly and very good with David.

I have worked at Dr. Slagle’s office for over two years now. Dr. Slagle and his wife, Sally have taken me as well as the other staff members in and treated us like we are a part of their family. Our clinic has grown in the past two years, we have added new members to our family and have also lost a few who has gone to further their education or to grow their family. For someone to imply that staff is leaving because they cannot stand Dr. Slagle or Sally is completely FALSE!! They treat their employee’s amazing and I could not be happier to be a part of this team. As for the patient satisfaction, people who are unhappy, or did not get what they wanted are always quick to jump on and leave negative reviews. With that being said, if all of the patients that have had positive experiences left reviews, this form would be flooded with praise of how much Dr. Slagle has helped them.

Horrible work environment! Was waiting to be seen when the Dr slammed an exam room door then started yelling at one of his employees! I felt so bad for her, no one should have to put up with that!

He seemed to understand my pain issues after a couple of surgeries and a fusion. He worked with me in finding the right combination that managed my pain effectively. I may have jeopardized my patient status and am strongly hoping He will allow me to prove myself since I can barely function without treatment. Highly recommended.

After reading many of the reviews I felt the need to respond. Dr. Slagle is a fantastic doctor IF you are looking to have a better quality of life dealing with the pain issues you are having. I know pain management doctors are in a difficult field of medicine. They deal with patients that are nothing but drug seekers and those patients that have nothing but negative comments not only about Dr. Slagle but other doctors are just angry and this is the way to lash out because they did not get the drugs they wanted. Before you read the comments and believe them you must see for yourself. But, this is only if you are willing to listen to a very trained Dr and following his advise. I am a true example of what following his advise and treatment plan will do for you to have a better life.

The first visit he found out what was wrong with me and started a treatment plan. His procedures are done in the office with wonderful staff.
