Don't show your feelings in his office or cry he will ask you "I don't know what your on." He also says one thing in your visit and next visit says something different.

I have chronic back pain at the belt line. I've have had several operations to fix several problems. After all that, through various Doctors, it was determined that everything medically has been done. However, I was in extreme pain still. Dr. Smith recommended a spinal nerve stimulator. Put it in, did the test period and received around 85% relief. Huge difference. He also put me on a low dose (15mg) extended release of morphine. That took the pain level to a 1 or 2 on average. He and I have an trusted relationship so getting the morphine is an easy process. He spends enough time with me to see, how the treatment is going. Trying to find a non narcotics solution, but maybe 1 day. I'm very happy with Dr. Smith. The spinal stimulator is made by Nevro. They stay in touch and are always helpful for any questions or problems.

I've struggled for ten months to alleviate my newly acquired back pain. Dr. Smith's courteous office staff encouraged me from the time I made an appointment through the first office consultation and into the procedure to help remedy my discomfort. Dr. Smith gave me his full attention, asked the questions necessary for diagnosis and remedy recommendation. His explanation of all aspects gave me confidence and hope. I would go to him for any pain management needs I have now and in the future. I will send my friends and family to him as well. I am happy again.

Excellent dr to work with and very helpful staff

Read reviews and was concerned, but went to appointment. Staff was pleasant to talk to and Dr Smith was very helpful. He explained things well and lustened to our concerns and hopes. Got an injection and hoping for good results.

Dr Smith is a great guy,front staff is anti patient

First met with him he was great, listened explained everything. however each time we went in the visit times were rushed and all he wanted to do was give injections. when he wanted to try a new treatement, insuranace would not approve right away. they called at the last minute to cancel and not reschedule we pushed to have appointment anyhow to talk to him about options. he didnt seem to want to talk about them and did local shots. He said he would have a pier to pier review with insurance. We set up another appointment. insurance declined again. the office called at last minute to cancel we insisted on keeping the appointment to speak with him about options. We go there and I asked about the pier to pier and he said he never said that but would do it this time as insurance declined. Im not in medical field so would not have known that terminalogy so he obviously dropped the ball. His office was supposed to call back and set up an appointment once he has the pier to pier. they never… called. Dont expect service her of any kind. The receptionist her are rude and you can ask questions over the phone you have to leave a message and they will call back goood luck.

Dr. Greg Smith is a very competent, excellent doctor. He has given me outstanding care in a very compassionate manner. He gives me all the time necessary to explain how I am feeling and never makes you feel rushed. I recommend his care and feel 100% confident in his care.

Caring physician, detailed summary of condition and options.

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for about three years now and I have not had one issue with him. I am a post lumbar fusion patient from 2006 and now have arthritis in my back. I had seen a different pain management doctor before Dr. Smith and never had any improvement in my condition. I saw Dr. Smith and he wrote a prescription for Lyrica and I was a new person. I had injections and procedures that helped as well. I will continue to go to him. He has been the only one to help.
