Dr. Gregory P Stevens, MD

I think he's a great doctor just tough to get into and wait times are bad. They had me wait for doctor, then see him then do tests which could have been done while I waited for him. I think they need more good doctors, not enough.

Same experience as the first reveiwer. Dr. Stevens is a good doctor. However, the IHC staff at the Holladay clinic is the worst I have EVER encountered. Turnover is rampant - you never see the same people working there when you go for your next visit. They feel as if greeting or processing patients is the LAST thing they need to do. They're supposed to be answering phones by the stated start time - that's a joke. I get the repeated feeling that the overall problem must be whoever is managing them. The recruitment, training, attitude....is incredibly bad - and the tone is set at the top. C'mon, IHC: Replacing the staff management was WAY overdue even before the move. After the move, it's gotten WORSE!

Dr Stevens is a fine doctor and cares for his patients. The office staff makes having him as a primary care dr a misserable experience. They are extremely rude and act as if you shouldn't be troubling them with any questions.
