Always kind and helpful

Dr. Stynowick and his staff are always professional, they listen to what I say and the results have always been positive. I do not have a problem getting an appointment when I need to be seen. Dr. Stynowick explains what he is going to do and makes sure I do not have any discomfort during the procedure. He and his staff are knowledgable and always patient with any questions I may have. I have never been disappointed with the care I receive.

Check your medical records with these guys. Injections and medication never offered another method after six months, yet in my record it was document that after first month he would try a radiofrequeuncy ablation, which was never suggested to me.Alex and the rest of his staff are robotic and have noempathy skills whatsoever.

From the moment I walked in the lady receptionist refused to acknowledge me I stood there for a good two minutes, I had to get the gentleman's attention to assist me. The whole front staff is of poor quality, especially the office manager who is unskillful, inexperienced, and just trashy with no manners whatsoever. I was amazed at what I was witnessing. A cheap staff that is not exhibiting a businesslike manner in the workplace is only hindering the Doctor's practice. Dr. Stynowick seems like a good physician he just needs to clean house and start fresh with professional quality workers.

I was a little disappointed by the long wait (over an hour past my appointment time), HOWEVER, Dr. Stynowick was very patient, kind, and helpful. I never felt rushed to explain my issues even though he was running late with his appointments, nor did I feel he was rushing to get through the appointment. This was my initial visit, so I'm not sure if what he has planned will help with my pain, but I have high hopes.

I finally got pain relief from Dr. Stynowick, I find it hard to believe the comments on here, the staff & Dr are excellent. I recommend him to anybody needing spinal injections.

The office staff and medical assistants are kind and polite.However Mr. Stynowick has little understanding of patient's who come to him for help.I felt like I was dealing with a Bully at every appt.After every appt. I left shocked and hurt at how he treated me.All I wanted was help managing my pain.I tried everything he suggested but if what he says does not work,he just wont believe you..If it comes down to medication dont expect any.He will make you feel uncomfortable suggesting your out for drugs.Its a shame this epidemic has blindsided this Dr.to judge and disbelieve his patients.If your looking for a careing Dr.to help you manage your pain then skip this one.Very rude, arrogant,and just down right mean.There are good doctors out there who will try there best to help you by listening and being careing and compassionate.Mr. Stynowick is none of them.I think he is just young and needs to grow up and learn how to professionally deal with patients.I hope he gets the help HE needs.
