Dr. Sweeney
    Born and raised in Syracuse, NY  Dr. Gregory Sweeney graduated from West Genesse High School and received his B.S. degree at Suny Cortland College in 1992. Thereafter, he continued his education and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 from State University of New York at Buffalo. Completing his dental residency at University Hospital in Syracuse in 1998.
    His late grandfather, a well recognized and very accomplished dentist in the area. Inspired Dr. Sweeney as a young student and gave him the interest and drive to pursue his career  in the dental profession. Dr. Sweeney has been in private practice, family dentistry since 1998. It was then that he had taken over his predecessor Dr. Loren James' practice that was established in 1969. Since the transition there has been little to no turn over in the practice.
     Dr. Sweeney and his team combine decades of excellence and dedication with modern technological advances, …exceptional creativity, and clinical expertise to provide our patients with extraordinary dental care. The life long relationships that he has established with his patients have given his practice a fine reputation that has transcended several generations.     As a family man  Dr. Sweeney enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and three children at his parent's cabin located in the Great Adirondack Mountains. Rest and relaxation for him is fishing with the kids, long walks on the beach with his daughter and all kinds of sports. Dr. Sweeney is a big hockey fan and has coached his son's ice hockey teams in the past, and loves to cheer on his daughter at her soccer games alongside his wife, and family.
