When other doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong, Dr. Tirdell knew immediately and sent me off with a protocol that got me back on my feel health-wise.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tridel for about 3 years and he has been very good to me. I’ve been diagnosed with a lung disease and he has been kind and very understanding. I’ve been to Davis medical center and there your just another patient. Dr. Tridel has givin me the best care I could possibly ask for and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor with a heart.

Worst staff I’ve ever run across.

My last appointment was simply the mandatory check up for prescription renewals, so I made appt with Willems, his new PA rather than Tirdel. She is the absolute worst PA I have ever encountered. All she did was look at the computer screen, read off info on it, and say 'you have . .. .', etc etc. Just verifying preconditions. I could have left the exam room and I doubt she would have noticed. She never looked at me, didn't check my heart, lungs or anything. Would NEVER go to her again.

Kathy, PA for the office is by far the WORST healthcare practitioner I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was unwilling to listen to anything I had to say, quick to make an ignorant judgement regarding my health condition and had no interest in the reason why I was there. I walked out of the clinic with my paperwork in hand passed the front desk and advised them that I would not pay a dime for the lack of compassion and horrible service that I experienced during my appointment. Don't waste your time driving up there if she is the person you are going to see.

We already knew my husband had sleep apnea. 3 months later along with paying $5,900 and 2 EGG sleep tests, he still does not have the sleep machine equipment we knew we needed right from the beginning. After numerous phone calls to them and to the company they are attempting to use out of Reno (Aprea), Dr. Tirdel still has not followed through with getting the equipment to us. It has been 3 months since the last EGG. Go elsewhere; worth it to go to Reno or Sacramento!
