While the doctor himself is knowledgeable his staff at SCOI is the ruddest by far. Literally useless and absuvie. I brought it to the Doctors attention on my last visit and no apology or anything. I will be writing to the board of SCOI/UCLA to requrie an investigation.

Sorry for your Experience.Unfortunately SCOI is owned by UCLA and I have ZERO influence regarding what happens there.I would appreciate if you remove this, as it has nothing to do with the care I provide.Again, sorry for your experience with SCOI staff.

What I really appreciate about Dr. Vassilev is his vast understanding of the human body and mind, and that he treats them as one. I was injured away from home. Dr. Vassilev’s availability and responsiveness in times of crisis have been priceless.

Had hamstring tear after 2+ months of suffering, physical therapy, drugs decided to call Dr. V. He did the ultrasound himself found the spot and treated me with an injection of PRP. 4 weeks later I am fully recovered. I can not begin to express my gratitude!

Dr Vassilev is a great guy as well as a great doctor, he explained to me my option and he has a few and what would be best for me, then explained what would happen, proceded to do the procedure and followed up with me every day, not many doctors do that, and my hip! Pain free! Thank you Dr. Vassilev.

I've sufferd for years from bulging disks and severe arthritis. He came up with a game plan for me and I feel relief after many years of suffering. He's such a great guy and a even better doctor.

I had back and leg pain for 8 months went to multiple doctors and did not get better. Dr. Vassilev spend the time and really listened and figured out that my pain came from a different cause. He treated my with kindness and respect. I had two injections and have been pain-free for over two years now. Highly Recommended!

Had tremendous pain for months. After visiting several other doctors and chiropractors I made an appointment. Staff are awesome Doctor actually cares, Amazing! Had outpatient injection. Pain went away about a week later and has not returned!!! THANK YOU DOC!!

Dr. Vassilev has excellent bedside manner, and I felt that I was in very competent, caring hands when he was my anesthesiologist.
