Dr. Gregory Robbert Vorhoff, MD

Upon my 1st visit with this Dr. He made me feel insignificant as if my health concerns were not valid. He was very dismissive and careless and made it painfully obvious. Dr. Vorhoff also works through Ochsner which is the system that I was scheduled with him through. The staff at his Ochsner office, nurse and front desk seemed cold blooded. I was seeing him for chest pains and shortness of breath. However, the lady at front desk (not sure what her position was), is asking me how I was doing emotionally, I'm guessing she's asking because of my history of anxiety. Keep in mind that she was not my nurse or one of my caretakers upon this visit and I am standing at front desk...talk about a violation of my privacy. Not to mention how unprofessional her actions were. As soon as I was escorted to the back (in the hallway not in a private room), the nurse attacks me asking very rudely "Why are you here when you've recently had these tests done?" (I didn't know that there was some rule that you… couldn't have tests done twice.) She went on to say that the visit was basically a waste of time before placing me in a room... guess they still wanted to collect payment from my insurance though...smh. I won't be confirming another appointment with this Dr. Or his office ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. I left his office feeling drained and stressed out. Being 6wks postpartum, already going through extreme change, this Dr's visit was extremely difficult to get through. I'm very disheartened.
