“Dr” Jones is the most arrogant and rude dr I have ever met. He has no compassion or empathy for his patients and doesn’t care how much pain you are in. He does not follow up like he says he will and during visits does nothing but talk about how he’s the best dr to ever grace the planet.

First visit, Dr Jones knew my history, detailed his recommendation, answered every question and was compassionate. He’s been a blessing to me and I’m very picky! I’ve had 2 treatments and he is exactly the same. Highly recommend Dr Jones.!

Dr Jones has no patience and no respect to people including his patients and families. No compassion, just treating the problem not the person as a whole.

He acts alright until you agree to be treated by him. It is after treatment begins that he becomes arrogant and sarcastic when asked questions about your treatments, procedures, or alternatives. Poor communication skills, relies on staff to do the communication he should be doing.
