Dr. Greta Kay Brandstetter, MD

I had two previous pregnancies with Dr Brandstetter with great prenatal care in 2010/2012. I trusted her and her staff and they were very reliable. Two years ago I suffered a miscarriage in 2016 and noticed a decrease in the service and care I received at that time. I am pregnant again and at a higher risk for being older. This time the office staff wasn't supportive, couldn't keep appointments, and were not qualified to do even the ultrasounds suggested. I began to look for another provider and the office staff could not even get my records out in a timely manner. I have confidence in Dr. Brandstetter's knowledge but a lack of confidence in her office.

She is an amazing physician. Thanks to her, my very high-risk pregnancies netted two amazing and healthy children, now 16 and 12. I would recommend Dr. Brandstetter to any woman looking for an OB/Gyn.

Mentally abusive and didn't care I was in extreme pain. Caused me sever mental distress and ongoing issues for many years due to the poor care I received.

Been going to her for years and have never once been disappointed. Great doctor, staff, and hospital.

If I had not been going to this DR for this long, I would stop going just because of the rudeness of the staff. they are not very friendly and always act like you are putting them out. Very annoying to be treated that way.

Dr. Brandstetter has been my OB/GYN for over 20 years. I first became a patient of hers when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter who will be 20 next month. Dr. Brandstetter has always taken the time to answer questions, review things in detail, and is extremely competent, caring, compassionate, and considerate at all times. If she was anything less than a great OB/GYN, I certainly would not still be seeing her every year for my annual exam. I would agree that they've had some challenges with office staff, but I have always made it a point to let Dr. Brandstetter know about any concerns I've had with her staff. If her patients don't tell her about their negative experiences in her practice, there is nothing she can do about it, so she has always been very appreciative of my comments and honest feedback.

Cold receptionist, wonderful ultrasound tech, Dr. does not listen to questions of patients well during the first few appointments. Changed practices due to this.

Dont call in to try to get an appointment between your monthly appointments if your having an issue. They offer no help at all and would not even make me an appointment or connect me to talk to the Dr or a nurse. How am i supposed to trust someone to do surgery on me if they dont want to give me the time of day on the phone or make an appointment??

I visited Dr. Brandstetter for a colposcopy and possible biopsy. I was taken into a procedure room and told to get undressed. I then waited for over an hour naked. The biopsy tools were all laid out in front of me to stare at while I waited as well. I finally got dressed and poked my head out of the room. All of the staff had gone home! Dr. Brandstetter was in another appointment. I waited another 15 minutes after I got dressed and then left. It was terrible to be left naked in a cold procedure room with all of the scary equipment sitting right there for over an hour!
