Dr. Greta Marie Ivers, MD

Even the security guard admitted no one likes her.

Greta Ivers seemed professional at first but she lied about agreeing to continue a prescription when her extra requirement was met leaving the patient without medication. The previous doctor left and did nothing to facilitate continuing the medication. The patient has a witness to Iver's lie but Iver's denies saying it. The clinic staff has a continuing problem with not communicating well with each other or the doctors. An appointment was scheduled but was not entered by staff leaving the patient to be a walk-in. Previously, an appointment had to be made to get a question answered because the staff doesn't follow through or follow-up. They do not return the calls they say they will return. Greta Ivers, the whole clinic, and the call center are incompetent as a whole except with care that requires very little work or attention. This incompetence has been ongoing for several years. Find a different doctor and clinic.

Felt very disrespected felt that she did not care about me did not want to help with anything I told her Just talked over me would not help me with paperwork I needed just told me to come back which is hard for me to do because I can’t drive and I can’t see then she told me to leave and I’ll nearest came back and she never did my referrals Dr. Iris is a terrible doctor should not be practicing she needs to stop hurting people

She is the rudest doctor I have ever met. She is pretty arrogant too. I felt rushed, she hardly looked over my charts. Talk down to me like I was stupid. Refused to refill medications this same clinic as been prescribing to me for the last 3 years. Prescribed meds to me that I told her didn't work and made me ill. 3 different times.

From the moment she walked in she didn't seem like she cared and when I explained to her how I was feeling I felt like she dismissed my concerns. I was having severe back and neck pains and all she said (without even feeling my neck or back) was to "just use Icy Hot and massage." I tried my best to describe to her my pain and she just stared at me. When I asked why it would suddenly be so painful she said, "That's our bodies." "That's it?" I asked surprised. "That's it," she said with a smug smile. There were other negative vibes I got from her too but overall I just didn't feel respected as her patient. The nurse that checked me was way nicer and compassionate and friendly. I left very mad with the doctor.

She will not refill maintenance medication from another doctor.She does not review your records..Misdiagnosis which can cost you your life.

Waited in cold examination room for hour and half while she talked story with co-workers. Meanwhile, all the other examrooms were full with patients as well. I could hear her talking, after 1/2 an hour I asked the nurse if she was on lunch break, she said no. She saw one patient for less than 5 mins in that time. She spent less than 5 mins. with me and ordered the wrong tests, thank god I had an appt. with another Dr.that week. They cancelled all the test she ordered and I was able to get proper care. Dr. Ivers does not care if she makes patients wait or about providing proper care. I think that she knows we have a doctor shortage here and she feels untouchable so she can have bad behavior. She has no integrity. So sad.
