Dr. Krause has made my life so much better in so many ways. Not only am I feeling better I look better too! I live a very busy lifestyle and need to be well to manage work and family. She has wisdom beyond her years and a depth of compassion I’ve never seen. She’ll stop at nothing to access all possible resources to help you achieve your mental and physical wellbeing. I thank God that I finally found a doctor who could do all of that. I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone who is looking for answers.

You won’t get your meds. She will forget refills and you’ll suffer. She will stretch out the appointments costing you a fortune. Messages aren’t returned. Patient is blamed for her mistakes.

Dr Krause has been a huge help to me! Always gives me the emotional support I need. I highly recommend her and her passionate care for her patients.

Most doctors I’ve seen in the past haven’t been bad by any means, but it was typically the same scenario: meet once a month in their office for, essentially, medication management and then no dialogue between visits. For me, Dr. Krause has gone above and beyond my expectations. She’s so busy, but she’ll take time out of her day to take your call and speak directly to you because I believe she actually cares about each of her patients. She’s invested a lot of time and energy with me. That’s a fact. Wonderful psychiatrist!

Greta Krause consistently writes inconsistent prescriptions, forcing patients to go through withdrawals. I’ve had several negative experiences with her rude staff, in which they treat patients like criminals. Wait times are unfathomably long, I once waited up to an hour. The rude receptionist would comment on it saying “I don’t give an estimate of times, I just say she’ll be ready when the appointment is over” giving no empathy to a patients time in which they have to wait. All this experience costs $150 for a half hour.
