I was hesitant to go to get help and thought I wills just push through and handle it myself but when I went to Greta instead, I realized I wish I’d gone sooner. Don’t suffer alone. Go see her. DO IT!! She’s amazing and makes you feel like you’re seen mad don’t have ANYTHING to be embarrassed about.

I have been looking for a great therapist for a long time and I finally have one! Greta took so much time to listen to me and help me develop a specific plan with tools to help me with anxiety as well as helping me with my medication plan. I used to dread going to these kinds of appointments but I actually look forward to them now. She is clearly very knowledgeable and made me feel heard, highly recommend!

I felt really heard and had a plan spelled out for me. It was really assuring to me during a stressful time and will continue to use the tools we reviewed and practiced. Appreciated her knowledge and alternative ideas with medication adjustments, as well.

Greta was very thorough and professional. I finally felt listened to. I've been struggling for a long time and her insights finally gave me a solid base to stand on. I could not recommend her enough!
