Dr. Gretchen D Graves, MD

Dr Graves is a pre HMO PPO doctor. She spends time with each patient and actually knows them not a 10 minute walk-in office visit. She is thorough but at the sacrifice of long wait times. I prefer a thorough doctor than a greedy one. I am sure my insurance only pays a basic office visit even if she spends some time with the kids at a loss to her. I would recommend that she have one day to do express visits for parent on a tight schedule.

Dr Graves is a awesome doctor, It's her staff that need customer service training.The long wait to get in a room is due to Dr. Graves taking careful and consideration to her patients needs and cercumstances.

Dr Graves is a 5 star doctor but she is too slow. Our last visit we left after 1hr and 35mins of waiting. Not just his time its every time. i have been calling for the last 2 months trying to make an appointment, I have left message after message. She is a great doctor if you can ever see her. Good luck. I changed doctors after 19 yrs of going to her I have 2 children and knew everthing about them before looking at the chart. Again she is great but need some time management
