Dr. Gretchen E Jorg, DDS

Meet Dr. Jorg
Dr Jorg was born in Poulsbo, WA and has lived in Seattle since 1994. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1999 with 2 B.S. degrees in Zoology and Cell & Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. After college, she held a position at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in the transplant biology department. She later made a decision to pursue a career in dentistry. She worked with a dentist in a private practice on Queen Anne, where she gained experience as a dental assistant before applying to Dental Schools. She returned to UW for her Doctorate degree. After graduating in 2005 with a D.D.S. she has worked in several dental offices including a community clinic in Olympia and a highly regarded private group practice on First Hill. In 2008 she had the opportunity to purchase the practice in Ballard from Dr. Carol Friedel who was retiring. Dr Jorg is dedicated to attending continuing dental education courses in order to provide the most advanced …treatments and comprehensive dental care to her patients. On a personal level, she enjoys travel, cooking, yoga, running, snowboarding and hiking.
