Dr. Gretchen Louise Kelley, MD

This place is a mad joke! Every time I go,here if I'm not feeling well or what ever all I have ever been told is because of my weight I'm pretty sure needing medicine for a sinus infection is not my weight. Dr. Kelley is a psycho she expects me to be exellent with everything she tells me which isn't going to happen I am a very busy full time college student! If you want to feel low and like the bottom of her shoes than go right ahead but the next time it happens to me I will walk out and never return

I have been going to Dr. Kelley for years, as have my children and my foster children whom she graciously accepted even though she was no longer taking patients. I have had nothing but professional, pleasant service from ALL the staff members at Mountainview and I would be devastated if I ever had to switch physicians....I trust Dr. Kelley 110%, and I am pretty picky with people I trust. I read the bad review from another individual on this website and just couldn't believe what I was reading.

While Dr. Kelley is wonderful and some of her nurses are kind, her office staff is terrible. They are unpleasant on the phone and in person. They act as if the patient is wasting their time. Concerns are addressed in a condescending manner. It is unfortunate because after many years with Dr. Kelley, I will be looking for a new doctor.
