They took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, listened attentively to my concerns, and created a clear treatment plan that made me feel confident and in control of my health. Dr. Respicio also recommended an in-network doctor as she does not want me to spend a lot. She went above and beyond taking care of me. She was very competent and compassionate. Explains the process and answer questions well. Patient and great “bedside” manner.

Treated for years for mystery condition. Wrote false diagnoses in record to get insurance to approve meds, then forgot they weren't accurate, so would ask about symptom of that disease. Never remembered telling patient to stop specific meds. Never did blood work for Lyme, which turned out to be the correct diagnosis. Cut appointments short without allowing patient to ask questions or get answers. Patient could not communicate with doctor via phone or portal without paying copay. Terrible communication.

Dr. Respicio is empathetic and understanding. She is able to help me understand my lab work and make informed decisions about my treatment plan. I am grateful to have a doctor with exceptional bedside manner to assist me in treating my chronic illness.
