Avoid this doctor. He changed my prescription without ever seeing me. During my first and only appointment this doctor had terrible bedside manner. He made a wildly inappropriate comment. He did not follow what I have always understood to be typical procedure to maintain respect and distance from a patient, by adjusting the chair/covering of the patient. He did not answer my questions clearly. And made recommendations that did not make sense nor align with common practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Guy Torres for over ten years now, primarily for annual exams and occasionally for more in depth needs. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced physician and a highly skilled surgeon (first-hand experience). On each visit Dr. Torres addresses me by my first name, without having to glance down at my file, always greets me with a smile and sincere conversation about my reason for each visit. He is always, kind, respectful, tender and thorough. And he spends as much time with me as is needed to complete each exam, discuss treatment options (when appropriate) and answer any questions I may have, with an AWESOME BEDSIDE MANNER. We even spend a few minutes discussing our families, upcoming vacation plans, etc. and enjoy some lighthearted conversation. Dr. Torres is THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD BY FAR, and he always makes me feel as if I am the most important person in the world, at least during the brief time(s) we have had together. And he always… leaves me with a nice warm handshake and smile. I only wish that he had been my doctor years ago, when each of my three children were born. In addition, Dr. Torres’ Medical Assistant Alyce, and all of the staff (both front and back office) are always great. They are very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable, and they make me feel welcome and comfortable. The office is exceptionally well staffed and equipped to address almost all patient OB/GYN needs, and the facilities are always clean and comfortable. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Torres, he’s a great Guy (pun intended), and Green Valley OB/GYN.

Doctor Torres is the best doctor , he’s helped me deliver 2 of my babies VBAC. Never felt pressured to repeat c section. Very patient and always gave me tome at my appointments. He’s awesome.

Did not even look at the updated test results but gave me my old tray results. Seemed scatterbrained.

Dr. T has always been very compassionate and caring in a variety of situations. I would always be willing to wait to see him.

He was very cocky. Since I didn't have insurance and paid him cash. He was very rude and made me feel like I was wasting his time.He couldn't give me a straight answer of what was going on with my body. He made me cry and he made me feel stupid. His bedside manner is horrible.Please don't go to this Doctor..There are many bad stories about this Doctor..

He was not a pleasant person/doctor to deal with. I am actually thankful for accurate diagnosis. Delivery was easy and fast, but he was talking to some nurse about his golfing experience while delivering my baby like I wasn't even there. Was pretty arrogant to my husband after he learned that he was a banquet server. No follow up next day, I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights-3 days and never had seen him there... Pregnant with a second child and searching for a new doctor.

Dr. Torres is more interested in going on vacation than tending to your needs. He lies because he does not want to get sued. He performed extensive surgery on me (hysterectomy etc.) and I am fortunate to be alive. I would not bring my dog to see him or his associates. Please find another Dr. I am sure that there are many to choose from that will not put you in harms way and lie about it. Please, as women, we have to listen to others that have gone before us.....
