My mother had a few AWFUL experiences with the staff so we know it wasn’t an isolated incident. My mother has COPD and really struggles. Between the office not calling back after 2 Messages and the staff being horribly rude, degrading, nasty, and lying straight out....she will NEVER go there again. And it’s not easy trying to find a pulmonary doctor’s office that accepts Medicare and Medicaid. I do NOT recommend coming to this office because of the awful way my mother has been treated and continues to be treated. Dr Ballarino is a great doctor and he has been wonderful with my mother, but again because of the staff (always the same 3/4 people) it is hardly worth the stress and aggravation. Especially when you’re not well to begin with.

A wonderful Doctor. Exudes confidence and instills it in his patients .
