Dr. Guillermo Jose Bernal

Dr. Bernal was totally dishonest in his dealing with us. Over 90 minutes was spent driving each way for a bogus appointment with this doctor, who had no intention of even providing the scheduled consultation! Instead we were funneled to a tech with a laptop, who proceeded to ask questions that could easily have been answered before the appointment--and certainly did not equate to any semblance of a consultation. If that weren't bad enough, we were left in an exam room for over 45 minutes waiting for Bernal to appear, only to be told that we would have to make a separate, second appointment for a pre-treatment consultation! Such horrible disregard of patients is unacceptable, and defeated the whole purpose of the visit--which was to set up the first round of injections for a much-needed sub-specialty treatment. My health and well-being were left to suffer as a result of this doctor's bad behavior!

I’ve seen Dr. Bernal twice. I’m unsure how he is rated 5 stars. He doesn’t even give you eye attention. He makes you wait 2 hours for 5 minutes of his time. I hope to never be forced to return.

Straightforward and honest, easy to schedule and work with staff? Excellent all the way as a physician. I had a stroke and Dr. Bernal was/is instrumental in my recovery

Dr Bernal is a wonderful physician in all aspects. Hi is highly competent and skilled, patient manner beyond awesome, he listens, is patient and spends the time to address concerns and offer viable solution to my verry complex problems.

I feel blessed to have him taking care of me. He truly is interested in my well being
