Dr. Guillermo Enrique Chacon, DDS

I went in for a consultation. I was under the impression this was a free assessment to see if I was a candidate for a procedure. I made the appointment, I checked in on arrival, I participated in the consultation, and I checked out on departure. These are all points of contact when costs could have been conveyed. None were ever mentioned. Some weeks later I was billed for approximately $600. Like most people in this country, I'm disgusted with the way medical business is conducted. Good luck getting anyone to even be able to tell you what it's going to cost before they bill you. I contacted them afterwards petitioning to settle this ridiculous bill for the half they'd already collected from the insurance company. They were unsympathetic. So cross your fingers before you walk into this office. You'll get a bill for who know how much at some point. I should have walked out as soon as I saw the lavish lobby. After all this, I have no idea what I even have to show for my $600.

Dr. Chacon and his staff were amazing! They answered all my questions and left me feeling very confident in my decision to have an implant placed. My surgery couldn't have gone more smoothly. My recovery was very fast and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! I will be coming back in the future if needed and will certainly recommend Dr. Chacon to my friends and family! Thanks again!
