Totally rude. Talks badly of other doctors. Doesn't act like he likes being a doctor and interacting with patients.

Masks incompetence by being a bully. I asked if I could talk when he was done and he said "no". But it turns out that his incompetence is actually dangerous. I was out of town and he refused to refill my prescriptions, and my blood pressure was so high that the on-call nurse for my insurance sent me to the emergency room. All this, even though I had just seen him.

I will not go back to see this “doctor”. It is a waste of time. All he does it talk about himself. He is obnoxious and a real know it all. Walks i to room and says. Whats wrong with you? I am really busy and dont have time to play around.

Just looking at me toll me my problem a perfect diagnostic that others medicine doctors do not recognize , he really analyze and care about his patients

Dr. Fraga knows his field but not a good doctor at all. Never once listened to my heart to see if everything was okay. Never looked at my head after asking and telling him I had lesions and hair loss. Never referred me out. What is he getting paid for?? That's a job I would like!!

I'm more than please whith the Doctor he is a good person and knows his place he investigate and know about healt isues that others were wrong .

The Dr.refuses to fax or mail the mail order prescriptions because it is the patient's responsability to mail his or her own prescriptions ( mail order, get it?), go to the pharmacy, Canada, etc.It is your prescription. Result are given in person because many times the laboratory do not fax the results and they have to be requested during your visit. He sits down and explains the results to you rather than a phone call from the nurse or receptionist.
