I see Dr. Gallardo very professional and explain me very well about my eye condition.

After setting up the appointment, I went to his facility.He refused to examine as I mentioned that I have come for eye exams alone and not for eye glasses. He lied that he is not even part of the Blue Vision (anthem) and part of doctor's association and by examining my eyes, he will not be paid by Insurance company. His facility wanted me to pay from my pocket and not value my insurance card. I verified with the insurance company and they said that he is part of the network. I also heard through one of my colleague after I received an appointment that he charges a lot.

Beware of extra charges at north shore vision center, roslynMy son went to get contact lenses made at North Shore Vision center, Roslyn. He was told total fees for eye exam, training until he is ready to roll. After eye exam and fees paid, he demanded extra fees for training how to wear lenses. WE paid extra fees. Then We were told to pay for contact leanses in advance so they can order for us. I asked for copy of prescription as according to him my son was ready to wear contacts on his own. He refused to give Prescription unless we pay him in full to order contacts. I strongly advice to avoid this place as every visit you are asked to pay more and more and more..you are been hold hostage until they get all money they want. I took my son to difeerent eye center and got everything done. He is already wearing his contacts...
