Ha visto a mis dos hijos desde su nacimiento , el mejor gracias Dr Garcia.

Our family are very satisfied patients. My children all went to Dr. Garcia for 18 years of their lives. Every runny nose, cough, tummy aches, headache, allergy, and injury they experienced he treated them for it. They were very sickly children and Dr. Garcia was extremely supportive along the way to make sure they had proper medical care. He and his staff were professional and thorough. He was compassionate, patient, kind, caring and always made sure they had the correct diagnosis and treatment. He made us all happy. Our family's saddest days were when each child turned adults (18yrs) and couldn't be treated by him any longer. If I ever become a grand-mother, Dr. Garcia will be my grand children's pediatrician. Thanks Dr. Garcia for your years of wonderful service.

The main reason why I am changing Dr. Garcia is not because of him but because his staff. They are very unorganized and unprofessional.They never remind you of an appointment scheduled months before but they are quick to charge you a fee if you dont show up. Very unpleasant they dont have organization and is sad because I Think Dr Garcia will loose bussines because of his staff. The waiting time for shot the last time I went there took about an hr.

I wonder if dr.garcia is aware of how ABRASIVE his office manager (mimi) is and how many patients he's lost because of her????

Ok so overall this can be a great establishment. Dr. Garcia even though is getting old is a great doctor and very caring. here are my concerns. I have updated my childs records ie address and phone numbers 3 times now and every time I go back there still not changed. The last two times I went there I have had to listen to the nurses personel life while standing at the window waiting for them to funish a sentence and then look at me with this dumb look like yes can i help you. They NEVER call you to remind you about an appointment a couple days prior even if you booked it over 4 months ago. I tried to give the nurse a form so that she had it signed already by the next time i came in and she handed it back and said bring it in with you next time we tend to lose things here and laughed. My last visit we actually waited in the exam room for over an hour for some shots. that was the first time a wait was that bad there so im going to give them the benefit of my doubt that they had… a more serious situation. I really think Dr. Garcia needs to close down for a day retrain his staff or time to clean house

MANY unpleasant experiences with the office administrator, who happens to be the doctor's wife, mimi. A very abrasive, rough, nasty woman. Has absolutely NO BEDSIDE MANNER. I don't believe that Dr. Garcia is aware of how she disposes of his patients when anyone gets on her bad side. I was a patient for 9 years and she dismissed both my children over a dispute about waiving a no-show fee that I incurred when I missed my son's appointment and did not cancel the day before BECAUSE I WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH A SERIOUS ILLNESS!My son was even refused to be seen until I paid the no-show fee even though I had proof that I was ill, she would not be moved by any reason! Shortly there after I received a letter stating that I should find another doctor for my children. I have been trying to speak to the doctor since and am stonewalled by his wife every time. I have been trying to have my records sent to the new pediatrician and have been stonewalled by his wife, she has even given my new… pediatrician a hard time about sending over my childrens records.??? How can we stop such behavior??

Dr. Garcia is very attentive to my concerns about my child's health. If I have any issues they get me in right away or have the doctor call me for questions. He is very caring for all the kids well being.

Dr. Garcia needs to retire ASAP. His professional judgment is very poor.
