Dr. Guillermo Daniel Kohn Ruiz, MD

I must say that my recent experience with Dr. Kohn and his team was by far the worst I've ever had. My wife, who was in the middle of her pregnancy, was dismissed without any explanation, just because we had a few questions about our billing. It was truly disheartening to see that we couldn't even get in touch with Dr. Kohn, despite our attempts to reach him through letters and other means. The administrative team was incredibly rude and dismissive towards my wife and me, and we were left feeling frustrated and helpless. As a woman, it's important to feel heard and respected during such a vulnerable time in your life, and unfortunately, my wife didn't get that at this center. If you're not accustomed to being mistreated, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this center. It's possible that there's a cultural issue at play here, but whatever the reason, the way we were treated was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and look for a center that values… you and your health.
