Caring, attentive and very respectful

The worst service and customer service EVER! We were new to this town and we were looking for a family Dr. we though this clinic was accessible and Oh boy! We were WRONG, extremely poor customer service, they talk to you like they are making you a favor! HUGE lack of management! 1- you have to call multiple times for them to send information to pharmacy (it put my husband in risk to the point to be in ER) 2- We’ve been waiting for 2 WEEKS!! for a specialist referral because “they couldn’t” get a hold of any of us!!?? WE NEVER got a phone call, txt or an email from them!! WE had to go pick up the referral and do THEIR JOB! Oh because the person that does this service is NOT IN at 8am and leaves before 4pm... 3- Then I schedule a physical and they only pass me for labs.. and the “nurse” at front desk said well you should’ve told me you were here for a physical”, like I need to know how they run their office??? And she had in the system PHYSICAL!! And if it was not enough she… said that they didn’t care if we took our business elsewhere when I told her that she couldn’t assume that everyone that comes in knows how they run their office, at that point we had enough and it was not acceptable all their mess and poor management.

I have seen Dr. Parra for the past 5 years. I have received nothing but the best service by the staff and Dr. Parra. He is very concerned and committed about my health. He monitors my lab results and explains the results and how and what I need to do to improve them. I have nothing but the BEST to say about MY DOCTOR! I will continue to see him as long as I can!

cant get in to see the doc. secretary is a real .........uncooperative.

Dr. Parra always take walk-ins he has never said to anyone that walks into his office without an appt. Thank You.
