Dr. Guillermo Pechero

Amazing doctor, has helped me with my knee pain. Doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful

What I didn't like is that I didn't see him during my visits to the clinic. I only saw PA. I saw him before surgery and once after surgery. The knee still hurts and sometimes I can not walk. I won't recommend this doctor to my friends.

Bad Doctor!! My 73 year mom was operated by him twice and still she is not healed, in fact, Dr. Pechero had to send her elsewhere for a 3rd operation!!! In addition to this, one time my mom went to see him, he actually came and saw her in the waiting room!!! in front of other patients!!! He touched her clavical (spelling) bone and told her it was healing Ok. and sent her home!!! WOW!! that he can get away with that is incredible!!! If I was not there, he would not have gotten away with that.

Staff is not very friendly, efficient, and consistent. Made multiple mistakes during visits which required me to return to office several times. Patients must wait for at least 1 hour for their name to be called and another hour/hour and a half wait time to be seen by PA or doctor.

The wait is the least of your worries, considering there is always a very long wait of at least two hours, and even more. The problem is that there is no coordination between the doctor and his assistants. The doctor gives you one diagnosis, and in the next visit or follow up the assistant contradicts the one the doctor gave you. It's scary to say the least. It makes no sense that an assistant knows more, or is the doctor not telling you the whole story??? How sad that this practice has to suffer for lack of coordination.

Nursing staff very rude and argumentve wjth patiet. Told me i did not look like i was in pain without asessing me. Saiaid i had a normal gait when i was walking with a kane

front office not friendly everybody with long face and attitude when i ask to talk to office manager she was rude and no skills she stated for me to go see other doctor if i was not happy with the service. very bad service will never go back to see this doctor

My son had got injured during a football game and injured his knee. He was seen by Dr Guillermo Pechero and was very blessed to have him see my son. It was a difficult time for my son because he was not able to play football for the season and thought he would never be able to play sports again which devasted him, but with the help of Dr Pechero and his staff, my son went back to full mobility in no time. Both my son and I are very very happy with him and will always keep him in mind and in our hearts whenever we have to see an Ortho again. Highly recommend.

I had a car accident two years ago and I wasn't able to walk for a good while finally decided to get my knee done and I am glad to say that I have had wonderful result's I am going back to work fully function-able. Yes ! I would recommend a friend to see Mr. Pechero .

Extremely long wait times, over three hours. The staff is completely unprofessional and Dr. Guillermo Pechero spends less than 5 minutes consulting with you. Getting copies of my medical records has been nearly impossible. Seeing this doctor will be a complete waste of your time.
