If I could give 0 stars then I would. Dr. Reddys bed side manner is TERRIBLE. I was surprised with how rude and annoyed he seemed that I was there (through referral from my doctor). The receptionist staff was even more rude when I called with questions. I will NOT be following up with this doctor after my colonoscopy. Terrible office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Staff is always horrible. Needed a procedure schedule and they were arguing over who was going to schedule it because it takes awhile. He's not familiar with Crohns Disease. When he first diagnosed me, he told me to quit my job - He denies that patient's have pain. He recommended drinking Viscus Lidocaine. Literally got snappy with me and said "so, what do you want?" I never asked him for anything for 4 years and this was the last treatment I received from his office. Please shop around for Gastroenterologist before settling on this office.

I personally think I would have died if I kept going to him. I had UC real bad and eventually seen a surgeon in Saginaw who told me I didn't have much time left on earth if I didn't get an ileostomy ASAP. He wasn't very friendly and had terrible bedside manner. Stay away!

I went in trying to find out if my insurance would cover a procedure before making an appointment. I simply and politely tid the lady at the desk what I was needing. She was very rude but did give me the procedure codes. My insurance company needed more info so unfortunatly I had to go back in. She again was extremely rude shaking her head no at me. I left without making an appointment because I was very uncomfortable. I called later in the after noon to speak with the office manager to let her know what had happened, just to make them aware and was met with the response "What do you want me to do about it" After my shock wore off and I said I was just wanting to make her aware, she said well I can book your appointment. But I'm trying to figure out what you want me to do about this." My response was again no appt needed just wanted to make you aware. She was short, said she would take care of it and have a nice day. Click. wwould never recommend this place.

what a terrible doctor.. he is just existing! time to retire
