If you've ever been a caregiver, you'd know how difficult it can be to get someone ready for a doctor appointment. My loved one was also elderly and had Dementia. We trekked out in inclement weather just so we could see this doctor in the hopes of obtaining some help with my loved one's repetitive diagnosis. This was the most condescending, coldest doctor I have ever taken my loved one, to. Her demeanor was so rude i felt somewhat humiliated. Told me she wasn't a miracle worker. (And that's how she opened the conversation). I never asked her to perform miracles. By far, our worst health care provider experience. Of course, we did not return to see this provider. If I could give her a zero, I would.

Awful, very unprofessional talked down to me in a very condescending manner, NEVER again. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Buchsbaum was very efficient and knowledgeable. Was impressed with her. She answered all my questions.

Great doctor who really cares about her patient. Kind, caring and considerate. Goes beyond the patient when it comes to knowing questions to ask so as not to make the patient fell embarassed.Highly recommend her to others.
