Dr. Gurpreet Singh Sethi

I felt very comfortable under his care. He takes his time and is very gentle. If you need a good dentist who takes good care of your teeth, than I would highly recommend this place. I like this place because the staff is nice, Doctor is caring and they have all up to date dental technology.

I saw him because he was recommended by a friend. I needed denture and was not happy with the my old set of dentures. Dr. Sethi was very nice and listened to what I wanted. He took his time and made sure that the dentures he made for me were exactly the right fit. His office staff was very friendly. They made me feel very welcomed. They also called and followed up to make sure I was doing good and was comfortable after delivering my dentures to me.

I was looking to get some cosmetic work done. Dr. Sethi was highly recommended by two of my friends. I was very pleased and impressed with his work. Their office has a lot of cool technology that lets you see everything that is going on in your mouth. My front teeth were crooked and I wanted them to look straight and pretty in time for my wedding. Thanks to Dr. Sethi my teeth looked perfect in all my wedding photographs. Not just Dr. Sethi but his staff is also very nice and carrying.

If you are in need of a dentist than this is the place to be. Great dentist, and excellent staff. They make you feel welcome from the moment you enter to the time that you leave. The dentist is very gentle and makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable before he works on you. The staff is very nice and jovial and made me actually laugh. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a good dentist.

Very nice and caring dentist, he is very kind and his dentistry is excellent. My 21 year old daughter broke her front tooth and was devastated. We went to Dr. Sethi who made sure that not only was her tooth fixed but also made sure she was 100% satisfied and confident in her smile. She looks great. The office is very clean and has lot of the latest technology/gadgets to make sure patients are comfortable.

I would include Dr Sethi close to the top of my list of worst dentists over 50 years of visits. The waiting room was a bit dingy with an unfriendly front desk clerk. I was taken to an overly large room that obviously had been converted to an exam room. It seemed clean but was so unconventionally set up that it raised my concerns about hygiene. The female assistant who I assumed was the dental hygentist asked a few questions, then called the doctor who hurriedly introduced himself and began cleaning my teeth himself. He was rough, painful to the point that I thought I would start bleeding (and I have a high pain threshold), pushed my head from side to side, and laid his arm on my chest like I was a corpse he was working on. Occasionally water was sprayed and removed with a an old-fashioned suction tube. Since I was lying flat I almost choked several times. Later the "assistant" polished my teeth and again the spraying/suctioning started with her telling me to swish the water around… while I was lying flat. Dr. Sethi returned and asked in a routine manner if my teeth felt clean, did I have any food still in my teeth, etc.--the types of questions that a typical dentist wouldn't ask because of course your teeth should feel clean. I answered in the positive just to get out of there, although I had just eaten lunch and my mouth still had food flavor remaining--not the normal super clean feeling after a dental visit. He told me not to make a 6 month appointment -- just call. There was no checking of my gum levels nor thorough examination of each tooth or my mouth--I'm not sure he made any notes. I will definitely look for another dentist and drive further if necessary.

Thanks to Dr. Sethi I have my smile back, and I am able to eat foods that I have not been able to eat in years. I had not been to dentist in years due to fear of pain. Dr. Sethi was very gentel and understanding. He is very well known in Southern Maryland area, and I have had lot of work by him. The cosmetics of his work are simply exquisite.

Horrible customer service. They called an incorrect phone number to verify our appointment. Not hearing from anyone nor an email, I called the morning of and verified my appointment to only find out they booked someone else in my slot. Instead of the personnel apologizing and seeing if they can squeeze me in, she stated, I would have to reschedule. Poor customer service. On top of things, I work for the School Board and missed the evening at work to make this appointment. They lady clearly did not care at all. No apologizes for their mistakes and made it sound as if it were my fault. Clearly my phone number listed is correct and on their end, they clearly punched in a wrong number in my phone number. I remained calm and friendly. They lady was just plain out rude. This is why this office has nothing but bad reviews but I was only trying to see for myself and now I clearly understand.
