Gurtej Singh, M.D. is a board certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with additional board certification in Pain Management and Regenerative Medicine. Always check the state board website before you see a physician

I had seen Dr Singh for chronic back and neck before and had been looking for him. He has helped me with the pain while managing to get me off the pain meds I had been on for 20 years. I will be back.

Dr Singh listened to my concerns and explained what he was proposing to do, and the possible outcomes. It was arranged that I got a Facet block the next day at the Catonsville facility, which was a very quick appointment. At the time of the facet block Dr Singh was attentive to my questions and spent the necessary time with me. That procedure went very well

My wife has suffered with chronic back pain for 30+ years, and Dr. Singh provided us with more information and understanding in 30 minutes than all of the other doctors have in 30 years. We were extremely satisfied with the total experience. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Singh's Physician's Assistant may be competent and knowledgeable, but she lacks patient concern. If you call her with a question, don't expect a call back with any answers right away. I've been waiting for over 4 days and have placed three calls to her with messages and still have not received a return call. Hopefully they have many clients, because they just lost one, me!

If you are serious about getting a good doctor that really cares, turn back now. You will make visit after visit before getting any treatment. Dr. Singh's practice seems to be more about milking the insurance companies than providing much needed relief for his patients! Take my advice, you will thank me later!

Wonderful doctor who truly cares about helping his patients. The office staff is great too. They can be busy but that's because they dont rush you, it just means they are giving the same time and courtesy to all the patients. I will wait a little longer for that.
