Been going there for years. Staff seems dry and their nurse always seems rude and bothered with no sense of professionalism.

Just a great guy. Helpful with a great sense of humor.

I have been going to Dr Calleros for 12 + years now, and even though I moved out of Pasadena five years now, I still keep him as my Doctor, he's kind and considerate and takes the time to talk to you and not rush you out of his office, I wouldnt go to anyone else, and as for his staff, I have always found them to be competent, and quick to answers phones and return calls, so not sure why I am ready such terrible reviews perhaps you guys are calling before office hours , I have no clue but I give him four stars

Dr Calleros was recommend to me by a co- worker he has always courteous and knows what is wrong with me, even though I also work in the medical field I have a notion of what is wrong with me also. He has been the best dr I have FOUND HERE in California I will always recommend him to friends and family!

First off he basically ignored my dad since he is elderly for years. Yep he's old he's going on 94 but until a few months ago he was still active, completely independent and lived his life to the fullest. Now we spend most of our days reminding him who we are and spend all day trying to avoid falls. All of this not from a stroke after several days in the hospital where Dr Calleros never showed up once or never has called to this day BUT from Prednisone that he gave to him for his ear that he saw nothing wrong with (nothing was wrong with it by the way) High dose of prednisone that wiped out my dads memory completely and had him hallucinating and manic until Huntington Hospital pulled him off safely. He is much better but the damage is done and we have yet to get an apology or for him to reach out in any way. Now we are actually getting letters remindng my dad he is overdue for a glaucoma test. My dad is current with his glaucoma test and has recently had two eye surgeries as… well. Not only is he not his primary care anymore and hasn't been but they haven't even noticed. By the way Prednisone we were told by several specialists should not be given in high doses to someone over 60 unless its an emergency. He should've known better. Now if that wasn't bad enough during this time my best friend also a patient of Dr Calleros was helping me and basically dropped at her childrens concert. Huntington Hospital found out with her that she was running around with a 7.7 hemoglobin and should've not only been notified but should've had a blood transfusion. She spent a week in the hospital getting transfusions and is lucky she didn't die. She is a mother of 4. She too changed Doctors and he never reached out or checked in on her in the hospital. My Father now is so loved and taken care of by his primary care dr and so if my best friend. I'm so thankful both of them survived this Dr and i hope anyone going to him will question things that don't seem right. And take their health into their own hands. Dr's are only human so you should be doing that anyway.

This office hasn't answered the phone all week. The generic came-with-the-phone message allows one to leave a message, but no one calls back. This is not surprising. His office staff keeps the windows closed up as if no one is inside. It can take a full week to get a prescription called in. A specialist recommended we find a new GP because the staff would not cooperate with him or his staff. They are also rude and surly. Itt's too bad, because it is possible to get good medical care here if you can get past the front desk.

-Need to explain more-Need talk less to assistance about gibberish(making patients wait), and more to patients about their issues-Hes good at identifying the problem and finding the solution. However, more importantly, he needs to give advice on how to prevent the matter from happening again.-Overall he needs to care more
