Only need a form to be filled out. Assistant/front receptionist was extremely rude. Told me to not contact them again for something she/the team could not do properly. I just needed a form to be filled out and asked several times and person got upset cause she couldn't do it right and started giving me attitude. Should give staff proper job training and proper manners training

The hard-nosed doctor and gossipy staff are as rude as mentioned elsewhere (Yelp, etc). I don't see how anyone would want to keep being seen here.

He is a very nice doctor. He understands I need something. But he is very busy. If he give more time in his office. He is a perfert doctor. Anyway, he is good.
