Dr. Guy Cole Arnall, MD

Dr Arnall has been my chosen Aviation Medical Examiner for almost 20 years. He is honest, professional and extremly caring.

Although dr. Arnall has treated my in going issues, anxiety, high blood pressure, and migraine, every time I got to him for something different he only suggests doing the things I’ve already been doing and have made that clear to him before wasting my time coming into the office. For instance, today I threw my back out and am in extreme pain. It hurts to take a deep breath let alone move. Before coming in during this pandemic of COVID-19, I told him I was taking 800mg every 6 hours, switching between heat and ice, using my tens machine and keeping my back in the mist comfortable position. Rather than call me in the steroids like he did. He made me go into the office, proceed to tell me all the things to do, that I already told him I was doing with little relief. He wasted my time, gave me very little hope of getting relief soon, and risked my health further by having me sit in a patient waiting room. This is not the first time I’ve gone through such an ordeal and waste of time. He… didn’t even touch or look at the place in my back that was injured and told me pain medication wouldn't help me when I asked about it. I risked my Overall health because I was in so much pain in hopes that he would give me something to help temporarily while my back healed. He wasted my time and risked my life all for a copayment.

I saw Dr. Arnall this week for a sinus infection. He was very caring and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Arnall is my primary care physician. I find him to be caring and informative. He always takes time to answers my questions and his staff is friendly and helpful. I saw him last week for a sinus infection and was impressed by how quickly I was able to get to see him and that my wait time was less than 30 minutes.

Very rude and dismissive. Misdiagnosed me and if I would not have seen another Dr I very well could have ended up in the hospital needing major surgery. He didn't listen to a word I said.

I don't know if this doctor is incompetent or he just doesn't care, but he should not be treating patients. My pharmacy actually caught his prescription mistakes which could have been deadly. When the pharmacist called to talk to him, he was completely arrogant about it. We switched to another doctor who immediately confirmed what the pharmacist said. Dr. At all is a quack.

My husband and I have been going to this Dr for over 10 years and we are very pleased with him..

Don't walk, RUN from this doctor. Terrible diagnosis, or just flat out ZERO diagnosis. Put patients on the wrong medications, too high of doses and would have let me DIE. Should have his medical license revoked.
