Dr. Guy Joseph Cappuccino, MD

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. C and the results were not good. The worst part of it was that he acted confident that he could help but then at follow up, all he could offer was that it was "better" and "we'll see." There were just a myriad of issues, all of which were largely ignored. Follow up is one size fits all. I sought a subsequent revision elsewhere by another local doctor and the results are 100x better. And follow up is tailored to the patient...and I actually meet with a doctor, not his nurse. He might be good with other areas of the body, but he should not be performing rhinoplasty. My experience seems consistent with another rhinoplasty review. All that money and time and sadness...not worth it.

The entire staff is wonderful. Dr Cappaccino listens. I am not especially happy with the procedures I have had done. Dr Cappaccino doesn’t follow up after surgery. He has his nurses do it. I had questions and the nurse was dismissive .

Let me set the scene. It is Sunday evening. We are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic under a stay-at-home order, and my 5 y/o son careens off an indoor homemade sliding board and smashes his head on the ottoman. My other 3 kids start screaming that Jonathan is going to die as I clear the blood to visualize the damage. The result of this most recent kamikaze stunt is a fairly significant forehead laceration. But what to do? I know enough to know he needs sutures, but I can’t possibly take him to the ER in the middle of a pandemic! Luckily, I remember someone telling me that Dr. Guy Cappuccino, a plastic surgeon in Mount Airy, is helping to reduce traffic to the ER during this critical time by seeing patients with wounds requiring sutures. I call Dr. Cappuccino, who, without hesitation, says he’ll meet me at his office. I load my quivering 5 y/o in the car and drive him to Dr. Cappuccino’s office, where he not only expertly repairs the wound but exercises exquisite patient… management. Jonathan watches a Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon from 1993 on Netflix while Dr. Cappuccino, both knowledgeable and personable, walks the both of us through the procedure in its entirety. Jonathan looks at himself using a hand-mirror throughout dinner once we get home, happily declaring that he believes he looks even better than he did when he woke up this morning. I am indebted to this wonderful plastic surgeon for coming into his office on a Sunday evening to offer care and solace to my little boy during this pandemic. I’ll be recommending Dr. Cappuccino to everyone that I know – not only because of his expert care, but also his decency as a human being for offering such an incredible service during such an incredible time.

Can I just start by saying that Dr. C is awesome! I've been going to him for years and have recommended many people as well. I have gotten amazing results with body contouring and not once been disappointed! He makes you feel completely comfortable and is by your side throughout your whole process! I would highly recommend him to anyone and his amazing staff is always on point as well!

I had Rhinoplasty by Dr. Capaccino. I have a bump on the bridge of my nose That I never had before. He said he didn’t know what went wrong. He offered to fix it wouldn’t would not waive the operating room fees. My nose looks terrible and I can’t spend anymore money on getting it fixed.

Dr. Cappuccino was wonderful to work with. His technique is amazing and he is a true artist. I could not be happier with my results and highly recommend him. Thank you so much Dr. C. AG

If you are looking for a Doctor that is conservative with good pricing , choose Dr. Cappuccino. You never have to worry about being overdone.

I decided to go back and have Dr Capp redo my breasts with larger implants to fill some excess skin. I could not be happier!!! The results are even better than the first time. The surgery and recovery was a breeze, I did not even have any down time. Dr Capp and office staff are beyond wonderful. Everyone is very nice and there to help with anything you need. Everything is neatly decorated and it gives you the feeling you are at a spa not a doctors office. . I would recommend Dr. Capp and staff to anyone.

I was referred to Dr. Cappuccino by my family doctor to repair a laceration to my right arm. Dr. C is awesome! He is easy going, professional, explains all options, answers questions, and even has a great sense of humor to put the patient at ease. I would fully recommend he and his great staff to anyone needing plastic surgery.
