Dr. Guy Lee Culpepper, MD

My son had a cough and fever. And he called Dr. Guy Culpepper's office and they told him they had 4 virus tests left and to come over right away and stay in the parking lot not to come in. He didn't have to go to American Airlines and wait 3 hours in line. WOW personalized service. I have never seen a Doctor or his office give such exemplary service. It is what I call NORDSTROM class customer service. Dr. Guy Culpepper and his nurse Mandy and staff are awesome. The nurse came out in a hazmat suit and tested him Mandy worked all weekend and called Sunday night at 11:30 pm and he tested positive. Dr. Culpepper treated him very aggressively with Zpak and an inhaler and cough medicine. Who knows what would have happened if he waited longer. These are very scary times. But Dr. Culpepper takes care of his patients first. He is in for 14 days. My heart and soul goes out to Dr. Guy Culpepper and his staff for saving my son's life. You and your office will forever be… in my prayers and I am a patient for life. May God Bless you always! Jill

Dr. Culpepper is FABULOUS, as are his nurses but.... the front desk people are sometimes abrupt and rude.

I've been going to Dr. Culpepper for about 20 years based on a referral from a friend and it was one of the best recommendations ever. Dr. Culpepper has a marvelous bed side manner and spends a lot of time with patients. He has been very responsive to any medical issues and the nursing staff are very friendly and helpul.

After reading all of the 'near perfect' reviews ( even for the staff) I gave his office a call and had to leave a voice mail message. I am a 65 year old male that just recently qualified for Medicare. I simply asked to verify if Dr. Culpepper was accepting Medicare patients and nearly 16 hours had elapsed and no return call from the 'staff' . I called for a second time and got a 'person' on the phone and could barely get the question out of my mouth before she said "NO" !!! Zero explanation was offered. I am most certain it has to do with MONEY. Such is the way of the world and welcome to Medicare to me !!!

I have seen Dr. Guy Culpepper for over 25 years. He is a super doctor the best in town for all areas of health problems. See Dr. Culpepper and you will be feeling better soon. I have seen Dr. Culpepper for various areas of health issues and he has always taken care of me and my family. He is sensitive caring and a great doctor. I would recommend him to everyone.

Wonderful care

The care, compassion, and sensitivity they bring to all my visits are second to none. Iâ??m given plenty of time to talk with the physicians and never rushed or feel like Iâ??m just a â??numberâ?? waiting to be processed and passed on to the next patient. The physicians (especially Dr. Culpeper) are experienced and treat their patients with the best bedside manner. They are how all professional medical facilities need to run. Their staff is courteous and goes the extra mile for their patients. My family and I have been going to Bent Tree Medical for thirteen years now and I would recommend them whole heartedly without reservation for all medical needs.

Dr. Culpepper and his staff are simply the best. When something was amiss during a family member's annual physical, he referred us to a top specialist and personally called us at home several times to follow up. I can't say enough about his PA, Sarah Gagliano. After a surgery, the daily dressing change was too painful, so I called Sarah. She saw me right away and calmly handled the large and gruesome task with a competent and light touch - every day for a month. When I'm sick, I want Sarah. Her seemingly instinctive knowledge, sweet professionalism, and caring nature have comforted me through many ailments. Dr. Culpepper's reputation is impeccable. Many friends, family, and co-workers are his patients and I worry about those who aren't! When I whip out my list of topics to discuss, he happily sits right next me as we review each one and he makes notations right on the page for my reference. Dr. Culpepper truly cares about his patients. Not just their physical health, but… their mental well-being and emotional happiness as well. I crossed "medical care" off my list of things to worry about the day I met Guy Culpepper, MD.

Anyone looking for an awesome medical staff, you will find it at Bent Tree Family Physicians. Dr. Guy Culpepper and his nurse Mandy are very knowledgeable, professional, caring and genuine. I feel as though I'm their friend and not just a number. They remember the tiniest of details. I don't have to explain over and over again my medical history. It is always a great experience, despite that I'm at the "doctors". I feel very lucky and am very happy I was referred to Dr. Culpepper and Mandy. We will never change family docs again!
