Dr. Francis takes his time with you and has diagnosed my issues effectively and quickly. In fact, his knowledge prevented me from having to go to the ER. Not sure why some reviews say differently. I have to admit, his staff are not always the friendliest or helpful but I think he hired some new staff.

Dr. Francis was so warm and caring with my dad it was amazing. He asked many questions and discussed things that we didn't even think were things to discuss. His staff isn't always friendly, but once you get past them you are in great hands!

Worst doctor ever. Does not follow up at all. Staff are unfriendly. He seem to be friendly but unknowledgeable. Please look for another doctor unless you just want to waste your time. Check to make sure he prescribed you the right medicine for your diagnosis or if you lucky he can diagnose you correctly.

Guy seems to be a decent doctor but the receptionist is incredibly rude and unfriendly. I won't come back to the office simply because of the rude male receptionist. Also- they won't send you your blood test results, you have to go to the office to pick them up. I've never been to a practitioner that wouldn't send results by mail. Seems cheap and tacky to me, considering I pay for my blood work- I deserve a copy of it sent to me upon request. Also they didn't follow up with me after my bloodwork

Very good doctor, but for some reason he isUnconcerned about his very rude staff. I go There still because is the nicest doctor I haveEver had. I just ignore the rude receptionists .
