Dr. Guy Richard Miller, DO

I was trwated at Edwards urgent care. The nurses are always nice and caring. The doctor experience has not been so wonderful. Dr Guy Miller was so rude as I was explaining my medical history and course of care he walked out and shut the door. I was in tears and had to explain my sad treatment and abuse to charge nurse. I normally leave this facility under treated and have to go to er later. My insurance gets billed thousands of dollars. Patients beware. The doctor showed no recourse. If you need help compassion and and sound advice seek care from somewhere else.

Waited for 1 hr, put IV before diagnosis and never made a diagnosis. He told to check with primary care physician.

Wasted ER Visit ...had to self diagnose my health concern. Wasnt willing to listen. Either racist or in a hurry.

Dr. Miller has no understanding of the calling of “do no harm.” He has no compassion and is unwilling to take the time to understand the issue or listen to the patient. If I walked into this ER again and got him, I would leave immediately and head to another hospital.
