He is a well known junkie. He looks , dresses and behaves like one leaving no doubt whatsoever. What a shame and a disgrace.

However he knows how to abuse the health care system very well.

I don't agree with the other reviews. Dr. Pean is patient, empathetic towards the addict. Great doctor.
