Rush, rush rush, and blame me for being 10 mins late to the next appointment, when you were 5 mins late to mine. No time for questions, not even listening to wait is being said. Horrible experience.

I went in with what I know from experience was a sinus infection. He said I could have a brain tumor and told me I needed an MRI. Had the MRI. Sinus infection. Terrible doctor. Doesn't listen.

Did not listen to concerns, talked over me, got very angry, screaming into the hallway. I really was shocked! I believe he should retire or Ridgeview Clinics should review his employment contract. I actually cried when I left as it is something you would never expect when seeing a doctor.

Something is seriously wrong with this Dr. Why on earth he still has a job is beyond me. Angry outbursts. Nurses roll their eyes. Storms out of the room.

Shamed my daughter with the door open for the clinic to listen. He accused her of attempting suicide with meds he had no business prescribing. She never took ONE!He fancies himself a psychiatrist. Well my daughter went to Mayo for mental health. Thank God we brought her there. It was discovered that she had a heart condition contributing to her anxiety and depression. She went to Runkle for follow up “care”. What she received was shaming and verbal abuse as well as her privacy violated. I would not send my worst enemy to this creep. If you love your family keep them safe and steer clear of Guy Runkle!

We have seen Dr. rankle for everything: ear infections for the kids; back problems , thyroid issues, and miscarriage for me,; stitches for my son' lip..... Dr. Rankle is consistently cheerful, fabulous with the kids, and available when we need a last minute appointment.

I used to really respect this doctor. Until I came in with a variety of symptoms and one of them was shortness of breath. He refused to get past the fact that it was anything but an anxiety disorder... it most definitely was not. He was super rude and disrespectful after that. Lost all confidence in him after this
