Dr. G. McCall is the most understanding doctor, she will listen to all you have to say and has the most patience that iI have ever seen. She is always willing to get to the root of the problem and try to manage it. She is very pleasant and and her nurses also, and your visit is enjoyable and pleasant all around and when you are done you know what is being done for you till your next visit! Paper in hand and online patient chart also.

My wife's first call to obtain a 1st time appointment: Staff member: ...Pause... "Hello"My Wife (confused a little): Is this Dr. McCall's office?Staff member: ...Pause... "Yes".My wife: Are you accepting new patients at this time (on line links suggest they are)?Staff member: ...Pause... "No, not at this time." ...Pause...My Wife: Can you tell me when you might be accepting new patients?Staff Member: ...Pause...... My Wife: Hello!?!Staff member: "Yes?"My Wife: Repeats last question.Staff member: after another pause... No, I can't say." My wife: Okay, goodbye... First Impressions are everything! I will bet Dr. McCall is an excellent physician however we may never find out if she retains such a staff... Someone needs some training!
